Microgaming Announces Trio of New Branded Slots for 2020

Following Microgaming’s ambitious plan to release 100 exclusive games in 2020, the company has announced three new branded games that fans can look forward to this year. This includes a new Tarzan® branded online slot, the first-of-a-kind deadmau5 themed slot, and a new Game of Thrones® branded online slot in partnership with HBO. Here’s what we know about the upcoming releases.

Signing an extension to their licensing agreement with Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc., Microgaming is all set to produce an all-new Tarzan slot machine. Following the success of their first Tarzan game in 2016, the upcoming game will be produced by their independent game studio Fortune Factory Studios. All we know is that the new video slot will be designed from scratch and will exude high-energy, captivating animations, thrilling features and distinctive sounds.

“We are excited to extend our brand partnership with Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc. to create the next iteration of Tarzan, a timeless character and brand with worldwide appeal. The upcoming game from Fortune Factory Studios will be one of several new branded slots to launch on Microgaming’s platform this year as we continue to diversify, extend and refresh our content offering,” said Jean-Luc Ferriere, Chief Commercial Officer at Microgaming.

Next up is the announcement of Microgaming’s new music slot with no other than the world-renowned electronic music artist, deadmau5. The game will be based on his latest tour, cube v3 and as you may guess, the game will feature deadmau5’s signature electronic tracks and even graphics that he himself created. While we don’t know anything about the bonuses yet, the slot will be designed by boutique game creator, Eurostar Studios. The game is set for launch sometime this year.

Last but not least, Microgaming and Slingshot Studios are planning to take the Game of Thrones slots to a new level with the launch of their third GOT game featuring Power Stacks! This time the slot will feature some of the leading characters and personalities from the hit HBO® series as well.
