Playtech and NextGen Gaming Release New Live and RNG Table Games

Playtech has released the second live dealer game – Prestige Baccarat ​– in the Prestige series following Live Prestige Roulette, which launched exactly one year ago. Just like its predecessor, it offers a more intimate or VIP experience, much like Evolution’s Immersive series.

They’ve placed five dynamic cameras that take you closer to the action, show replays of winning hands and focus on the ‘Squeeze’ element of Baccarat. All that happens in a newly designed environment with a Chinese symbol of luck in the background, highlighting the game’s Oriental heritage.

Mobile users can expect the same quality user experience as with the HTML5 Roulette, which launched just over a week ago. Being built in close cooperation with operators, it enables betting as the game is on, in both portrait and landscape modes. As noted in the report, the professional Baccarat dealers will also speak native languages, depending on which options players select.

According to Kevin Kilminster, Head of Innovation, Playtech Live: “A great deal of research, development and close co-operation with licensees has gone into what we are confident is the best live Baccarat product on the market.”

NextGen Gaming, on the other hand, will soon publish their brand new Double Zero Roulette, which will be available next to the Roulette Master. The game, which is also known as American roulette, has both single and double zero sectors, with a payout of 35 to 1 for straight up bets, and 17 to 1 for split bets. That’s the same as in the Roulette Master game.

However, given that the roulette wheel has one more sector in it, this increases the house edge ever so slightly. That said, the minimum bet is just 0.01 credits, while high rollers can place up to 2,500 credits in a single round.

The new RNG roulette game will be out across selected NYX Gaming Group powered online casinos along with their new slot Glorious Empire, which pays both ways. The upcoming 40-line slot will also feature a Free Games bonus and a wild feature, charging players 50 coins per spin. The exact date of the launches is unknown just yet, but they’re likely to go live in the coming weeks.
