Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG), the Malta-based iGaming company, has signed a white label agreement with One Time Marketing Services LLC for its brand OneTimePoker. This is the first time the GiG Core platform will be used to offer its poker product to an external operator.
OneTimePoker was assembled by Randall S Kasper, Esq, founder of Poker Players International. Earlier last year the same company also signed a deal with the online gaming software and services provider, Tain, to create a new online poker room: PPIPoker.net.
This time around, the team “the best and the brightest in the poker industry” will be making the most out of the Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) which powers the poker product on GiG Core. It’s the same one that’s been used with the company’s in-house operator Guts since 2015. And it’ll also offer “casino in poker” which will let players play against the house.
Here’s some backstory on that from Randall S Kasper, CEO of OneTimePoker: “We are finally getting to build for ourselves what we built, quite successfully, for others for over a decade. It’s a dream team of executives and poker experts. Our goal is to be the next big name in poker, to be completely transparent to and trusted by players and to customise their experience with the absolute best practices we have learned over the years. We couldn’t be more excited about our partners at GiG, they are the most professional organisation I have run across in the industry during my career.”
Robin Reed, CEO of GiG, added: “We are delighted to have signed our first poker agreement with OneTimePoker to help further their ambitions. They have made such a positive impact on poker over the years, representing some of the biggest names in the industry in addition to contributing to so many industry publications. We look forward to supporting the expansion of its brand into further GiG product verticals within our ecosystem through 2019, offering their poker community one stop access to all their entertainment needs.”
In addition to that, the publicly-traded company -- behind many other top-performing casinos like Rizk, Kaboo, Thrills, Betspin and Highroller -- has started the quarter with many other announcements, including the coveted ISO 27001:2013 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) which they received just last week. It’s the highest specification of information security available, making the platform that much more attractive for its prospective clients.
Earlier in September, GiG also introduced Trustly’s Pay N Play system to its white label operators, allowing players from Sweden, Finland and Germany to enter and play at the casino only with their BankID. This is also something customers can already do on the developer’s proprietary casino Thrills. So, if you’re from any of those countries and don’t know how that works, then be sure to check it out as this feature is about to make your life a lot easier.
