True Blue Casino Review
True Blue Casino is one of the few places you can play your favourite pokies with exciting bonuses to match. This Australia facing online casino is linked to the Realtime Gaming platform, has a 24/7 customer support and a sleek design that adds to its fine appearance. If only they had an operating license, player-friendlier bonus terms and banking conditions! Because of that, things can go south really quickly. But if that’s what you’re willing to pay to play in Australia, then read on to find out more.
Bonuses
There are plenty of offers up for grabs, including a hefty welcome package which comes with a match bonus that should please both casual players and high rollers, and some free spins. Make sure to redeem your bonus coupon when depositing and read through the terms and conditions which, among other things, state the maximum withdrawable bonus amount and the fact that the bonus itself will be discounted from those winnings.
Other offers would normally feature reload bonuses and extra spins, game of the week campaigns and loyalty privileges with comp points. Speaking of loyalty, the casino also seems to have a VIP club with monthly cashback.
Software
True Blue Casino is powered by Realtime Gaming (RTG), and comes in both instant-play and download versions. That makes it compatible with Mac OS too. The lobby is straight-forward to use, featuring common game categories and a practice mode for free sampling. There are no other fancy settings or game filters or categories to make it any player-friendlier, not even information on games like some RTG casinos.
Games
If you’re into RTG video slots then this casino down under is pleased to offer you the latest, branded and most popular releases, including the Naughty or Nice series, The Big Bopper, and Cash Bandits. Jackpots can also be found in the pokies section, like Megasaur. Last but not least, RTG also has a couple of 3D slots – Pirate Isle and Orc vs Elf – which add a bit of variance.
Although True Blue Casino is without any live dealers, for now, the rest of the casino does include popular table and card games like video poker, blackjack, roulette and baccarat.
Security
As mentioned above, True Blue Casino has no operating license (or looks like it has not a license, we are currently investiganting on that matter), so it’s not regulated. As expected, they also don’t disclose the name of the operator and have no player protection features that you’d normally find at the more authentic sites.
Banking
There are a few deposit methods you can choose from: Neosurf, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bitcoin. For withdrawals, they accept bank checks as well. The only available currency is AUD.
Banking terms are rather arbitrary, so withdrawals can take up to 7 business days to be approved, up to a maximum of $2,500 per week, and for a processing fee of up to $40.
Customer Support
Customer service is supposed to work 24/7 and should be available via live chat, email and toll-free phone.

I just found and signed up with this casino last month. I loved the games and actually I got lucky. Now you have to know that Cashier only lets you request a winning if your playthrough is complete. So it would say how much is your WITHDRAWABLE balance. So I made the request for $750. Straight away email request came for submitting all the necessary docs - which I did. I also received another email congratulating me on the winning.
Now I just waited and waited for a week - but not a word. I sent them an email asking what's happening - you'll get an answer in 5-7 days (????). I was given a Ref No for my query.
After that I got very impatient and contacted LiveChat with that Ref. No PLUS the question again - what's happening. I was told that my winning was declined as I didn't finish the playthrough and I was notified about it via email.
Now this whole story is just all wrong.
1/ The system does NOT let you request withdrawal unless you have withdrawable balance.
2/ Why did they congratulate me via email - if I had nothing to withdraw?
3/ Certainly I wasn't notified of anything about this.
So I'm not happy at all with this casino and surely will not play with them for a while - if ever.

I have just signed up with this casino yesterday. Bonus was enticing, i found games to be good, but when i tried to withdraw my winnings, i wasnt able to complete my withdrawal as i was directed out of the withdrawal process and back to Trueblue casinos main menu. After this i wasnt able to access my account. I tried resetting my password, finally after 7 attempts i did so successfully. Then i tried to log back into my account only to get a message to say my account had been deactivated because of the amonts of attempts to log in to my account unsuccessfully. I then attempted to contact a rep via 24/7 live but couldnt do so as you need to be logged in to use live chat. I tried to call the number on the website, that number was invalid. The only point of contact is email, and ive had 2 or 3 generated replies.
Not happy with the experience ive had with this casino.
And im still waiting for another email back from someone.
Site says easy withdrawals, this is false advertising..express withdrawls?? Really??
