Spin Hill Casino Review
Spin Hill is a white label casino that launched in 2018. It’s got the full Jumpman Gaming package, including a growing collection of games, bonuses and loyalty schemes, but lacks variety in payments, has limited customer support opening hours and bonus restrictions which are not all that fun. If you’re new to Jumpman though, then there’s still plenty of value in its games and offers, as you’ll find in the full casino review next.
Bonuses
Spin Hill takes a common Jumpman Gaming promotions approach and offers new players a chance to win a bunch of free spins on their first deposit. The potential is good, but we’d still like it better with more player-friendlier terms and conditions.
Additionally, this British-themed online casino has a host of other deals throughout the week, most of which can get you more spins or cashback with no wagering requirements or terms attached. Besides, the site also has a VIP scheme that’s based on comp points called Kudos, and a loyalty club with levels and trophies. You can keep an eye on that and other promotions like cashback in the account section.
Last but not least, if you visit the casino during a holiday month or any other festivity, then you may also find additional offers and giveaways to boot.
Software
Spin Hill Casino is powered by Jumpman Gaming, which is not exactly the go-to casino platform, but it should do the job for novices who are not too particular about specific titles or layout. Speaking of game providers, you’ll find premium studios like NetEnt, WMS, IGT, Red Tiger, Microgaming, Yggdrasil, NYX, Leander, Genii, Pragmatic, Big Time Gaming, High 5 Games, and Eyecon, at a minimum.
Games
Spin Hill Casino presents some of the hottest titles like Vikings Go Berzerk, Starburst, Bonanza, and Eyecon fans’ first choice: Fluffy Favourites. Some of the newest releases can be found in the mix as well, including branded games like Vikings. Likewise, progressive jackpots also have their place at this casino, featuring multi-million prize pools in games like Mega Moolah, and Ozwin’s Jackpots, but also rarer titles from Eyecon.
Table and card games are limited to few RNG-powered games like blackjack and roulette. Parlour games like bingo, on the other hand, are readily featured, including games with 1p-5p per ticket!
Security
Spin Hill is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited, which is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. As far as responsible gaming features go, then players can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in the cashier and communication preferences in the account details.
Banking
The casino offers three payment methods: Credit Cards, Pay by Mobile or Paysafe. Depending on which option you choose, the minimum deposit can be as low as £5. When cashing out, note that withdrawals under £30 incur a £2.50 transaction fee.
Customer Support
Customer service works only on weekdays from 2pm until 6pm. The only contact option seems to be email, which could make it problematic for the more urgent matters.

If you're looking for a decent welcome bonus this is one to avoid. Disappointing to put it mildly. Otherwise an OK site with some fun games and a pretty good all rounder.
