Casinos supporting German language
The German language is one of the oldest that is still currently in use in the industrialized world. Many languages that are used today owe at least a small part of their structure and vocabulary to elements of Old High German, even those Romance Languages that are otherwise based on Latin. German expansionism at various periods between the 9th and 15th centuries contributed significantly to the development of language throughout Europe.
The earliest examples of what might be considered "German" by today's standards can be found as early as the 6th century, written in Elder Futhark, what is more commonly thought of as "Norse Runes" by many people. In fact, it's actually usually the opposite in that Norse language and writing probably was more heavily influenced by German than the other way around.
With around 100 million native speakers, German is the most widely spoken native language in the European Union and there are a number of variants for different countries that use it. For example, Austrian German is very much rooted in the German language, but it has enough differences in both tone and vocabulary that it can be considered its own language as well. There is also a variant called Standard German.
