House of Jack Casino Review
Right after the Australian regulations made it more difficult for residents to access the grey-zone casinos, came this cool croc with his own version of casino called House of Jack. Apparently, this Curaçao licensed playground is open to players from the land down under and has been well accepted like its sister site Casino-Mate (with fair FRank). They promise super-fast payments, a choice of the best online pokies, round-the-clock support, and a massive range of banking methods. More on that and what it fails to deliver in the full review below, to which you can give your own honest opinion in a jiffy as well.
Bonuses
The casino’s welcome offer is tough to beat. While there are no signup bonuses for now (apart from any exclusive deals), they are happy to match your first deposit up to a decent amount and top it off with some wager free spins on various hit slots. Since they are not in the business of giving away free cash, there are certain rules you must follow to avoid penalties and cash the bonus in as real money.
To keep things lively across the week, they’ve added some more ways to reap rewards, including free spins and reloads. But perhaps the most exciting part is the VIP program called Jack’s Pack. This invite-only loyalty scheme is open to everyone, but only the most active players get the full benefits like faster and larger withdrawals, VIP specials, exclusive promotions and more.
Software
House of Jack is home to games powered by Microgaming, Play’n GO, Betsoft Gaming, Quickspin and Spigo. The hundreds of titles are available in a demo and without download. This includes gaming on smartphones and tablets, as the site is fully mobile-responsive.
The lobby is average at best, enabling only the most basic needs when searching for a game. This includes a search bar and the option to add them to your favourites for quick access.
Games
Among the many video slots, you’ll come across their most popular games like Thunderstruck II, Big Bad Wolf, Break da Bank Again, GEMiX, Book of Dead, and Immortal Romance. No proper online casino is complete without progressive jackpots, so they are readily available on games like Mega Moolah and the many 3D-rendered video slots from Betsoft.
Players are also welcomed to choose from a variety ofi RNG blackjack, roulette, baccarat, table and video poker, though the live options are not included at this time.
Security
House of Jack Casino is operated by Cardins Limited and licensed by the Government of Curaçao.
Banking
House of Jack offers tailored banking methods for players from Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the rest of the world. This includes Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, paysafecard, ecoPayz, INSTADEBIT, and wire transfer. AUD, NZD, CAD, EUR and USD are all accepted for players’ convenience too.
While the casino doesn’t specify the fees, cashout processing times are instant for all deposits and 3 -5 business days for credit cards and INSTADEBIT on withdrawals.
Customer Support
Customer service is available via email, live chat (works on mobile too) and phone, including local numbers for residents of Australia and New Zealand. They are open 24/7.

Well, there are some things one would like in House of Jack, especially that cool crocodile or alligator or whatever it is. For starters the welcome bonus is very nice, and especially the 100 zero wager free spins. Games are nice too, with Microgaming in the mix. I did get an error 1015 (you are being rate limited), which I did not understand to be honest, but it went away almost immediately.
