GemSlots Casino Review
GemSlots is a ProgressPlay-powered white label casino that’s available to players in the UK and the rest of the world. Here you’ll find games from over two dozen of vendors, free cashouts, localised payment options and weekly promotions. Likewise, there’s plenty of downsides to it as well, a few of which we go over in more detail in the rest of the GemSlots Casino review below.
Bonuses
GemSlots Casino has a lot to give to its new and existing players. Any exclusive signup bonuses aside, you’ll get a match bonus on your first deposit of €/£/$10 or more. The good news is that over time the wagering restrictions have become player-friendlier, which also applies to the reload bonuses.
Generally, the site has recurring bonuses every week, including the ones that apply to their live casino, like cashback, which is a rare find on other platforms. The fact that they also throw in some network-wide holiday raffles and other real-life experiences is certainly a nice touch as well.
Customary to ProgressPlay casinos, GemSlots also features a VIP club with five levels. It’s open to all players who will really start to benefit from level three with perks like VIP support, birthday presents and other personalised services. All you have to do is wager real money and collect VIP points.
Software
GemSlots is a white label ProgressPlay casino, which on one hand means there are many clones out there, and on the other that there is a tonne of games and providers that you can choose from no matter the device. In fact, there are nearly 30 different vendors, including new and popular titles from Microgaming, NetEnt, SG Interactive and several smaller iGaming developers like ELK Studios. Note that not all of them are available in all countries, so there might be limitations to what you can play, for free or real money.
Games
GemSlots features hundreds of popular, branded and new video slots, although the new games category is not convincing enough if it’s the very fresh games and on the date of release that you’re after. Also, there some progressive jackpots, including Divine Fortune and Stellar Jackpots version of Dolphin Gold, but no mega jackpots or other premium jackpot titles.
Among other games, you’ll find video poker, as well as RNG and live table and card games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat from studios like NetEnt, and Extreme Live Gaming.
Security
GemSlots Casino is operated by ProgressPlay Limited, which is licensed by the respected UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority.
Banking
Among the accepted payment methods, you’ll find Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, iDeal, SOFORT, Giropay, Trustly, QIWI, Euteller, WebMoney and the Pay via Phone option. Plus, you can play in your local currency, including euros, dollars, pounds and krones.
Cashouts are slow like with all ProgressPlay-powered casinos because they must also go through a 3-business-day pending period, during which players are tempted to cancel and reverse the transaction to keep on playing (a pro for some). The minimum withdrawal amount is €/£/$20 or currency equivalent (except bank transfer), and it comes with no charges on the operator’s end.
Customer Support
Customer service is at your disposal 24/7 via live chat or email.

Best for reload bonuses which reward regular players without the need for a difficilt VIP system. The main problem with this casino is the terrible banking when it comes to cashing out. It takes too long and its complicated.

Gemslots owe me money that I cannot get out of my account. It was sitting there while I was in contact with customer service but then disapeared and no one is answering my mails. Only $230 but I spent $500 to win it.

Bog standard site with nothing that will grab you. Slots are old and the design is tired and dull. 50 free spins didn't feel like I was going to win anything and I did not. Good live play from evolution gaming though.

A classic "average casino". It adds nothing new, it has nothing negative. Poor promotions and really "flat" about games portfolio. I joined it but I don't think I will never come back. Not a bad experience but I find it almost "boring".
